Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The olives are harvested during peak ripeness, then cold-pressed and bottled immediately on our farm in Yarrawonga, Victoria. Smooth, buttery, and rich in flavour and colour, with aromas of freshly-cut grass, crisp fruit, and a lingering peppery finish.
Enjoy it - Drizzle over salads, soup or steamed greens. Use it for frying, baking and as a substitute for butter in all of your recipes. Stir through pasta or serve with freshly baked bread dipped in dukkah.
